Payment Obligation:

Upon placing an order with our meal prep company, you acknowledge and accept the obligation to make full payment for the selected meal plan or individual meals.

Non-Refundable:

All payments made for our meal prep services are non-refundable. Once payment is received, it will not be eligible for a refund under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

a. Change of Mind: We understand that circumstances may change after placing an order. However, due to the nature of our business and the preparation involved, we cannot accommodate refund requests based on changes in personal preferences or circumstances.

b. Missed or Unused Meals: If you fail to collect or consume any of the meals you have ordered, you will not be entitled to a refund or credit for those meals.

c. Dissatisfaction with Meals: While we strive for excellence in our meal preparations, taste preferences can vary. We cannot offer refunds if you are dissatisfied with the taste, texture, or quality of the meals, as long as they are prepared and delivered according to your order.

d. Allergies or Dietary Restrictions: We make every effort to accommodate dietary restrictions and allergies. However, it is your responsibility to inform us of any allergies or dietary restrictions at the time of ordering. We cannot provide refunds for any adverse reactions or issues arising from undisclosed allergies or dietary restrictions.
