🌿 How does SOFresh work?

We drop a fresh, globally inspired menu each week — every meal built around anti-inflammatory, whole-food ingredients. Pick your plan or order à la carte, and your meals arrive chef-prepared and ready to heat.

📦 What plans do you offer?

The Essential (10 meals/week), The Reset (12 meals/week), and The Signature 21 (21 meals/week). Not ready to commit? Weekly à la carte ordering is always open.

🍗 What proteins do you use?

Halal chicken, wild-caught salmon, Gulf shrimp, and grass-fed beef. Quality first, always.

🍽 How big are the portions?

Small = 4oz protein, 3oz veggies, ½ cup carbs. Large = 6oz protein, 3–4oz veggies, 1 cup carbs. All sauces come on the side in their own 2oz cups so you control every bite.

🚚 When do you deliver?

Deliveries go out Sundays between 4–8pm so your week starts fully stocked.

⏰ When do I need to order by?

Orders close Thursday at 11:59pm each week so we can shop fresh Friday morning.

🔥 How do I reheat my meals?

Microwave 1½–2 minutes (vent the lid), or transfer to a pan/oven for that fresh-off-the-stove finish. Add your sauce after heating.

🧊 How long do meals stay fresh?

Meals are made fresh Saturday and stay good refrigerated for 4–5 days. Most meals also freeze beautifully.

🥗 Can you accommodate allergies or custom macros?

Yes! Note allergies at checkout. For fully customized macro-based plans (athletes, weight goals, medical needs), reach out about our concierge meal planning.

📍 Where do you deliver?

We deliver across the Atlanta metro / Gwinnett area. Not sure if you're in range? Message us — we'll make it work if we can.

💳 What's your refund policy?

Because every meal is prepped fresh to order, all sales are final — we're unable to offer refunds. If something isn't right with your order, reach out within 24 hours and we'll make it right with a free remake or store credit. Your satisfaction always matters to us! 🙏🏽
