Buy one. Boo one. 👻 Get a week of chef-prepared meals for yourself, and your friend gets a week too, on me. Because a reset is easier when you're not doing it alone.

You get

• 10 chef-prepared meals, pre-selected for you. No menu to pick from. I choose from that week's rotating menu.
• Sunday delivery to your door for $15, added at checkout

Your friend gets

• 10 chef-prepared meals, free, also pre-selected and delivered free to their door in metro Atlanta
• After you check out, text the concierge line at 404-441-9776 with your friend's name, phone and address, and I'll take it from there
• For someone new to SOFresh. One free week per purchase.

How it works

1. Pay once. $275 covers all 20 meals, plus $15 delivery. No subscription, no card on file.
2. Pick your Sunday: October 25 or November 1. Order by Saturday at 7:00 AM to start that Sunday.
3. Everything arrives Sunday between 4:00 and 8:00 PM across metro Atlanta.

• Portions: Small / Fat Loss (4 oz protein, 3 oz vegetables, 3 oz carbs). Want Large / Muscle Gain? Text the concierge line and I'll quote it.
• How we cook: no seed oils, ever. Built on halal chicken, wild-caught salmon, grass-fed beef and Gulf shrimp.
